Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 8 July 2026

Commonwealth House is committed to making its website as accessible and user-friendly as reasonably possible for all visitors.

Website Accessibility
We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA wherever it is practical to do so.

To support accessibility, we have:

  • Used clear page structures and logical headings.

  • Added alternative text to images where appropriate.

  • Used colour combinations with suitable contrast for readability.

  • Designed the website to work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

  • Written content in clear, straightforward language wherever possible.

  • Supported keyboard navigation where available through our website platform.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we will continue to review and improve the website over time.

Known Limitations
Although we strive to make our website accessible to everyone, some content or features may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We welcome feedback so that we can continue improving the experience for all users.
